Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation and will incur an extra cleaning fee.

 

Children under 2 years - no charge. Please provide your own cot with linen, high chairs and change mats.

 

Redemption of Gift Certificate must be within 12 months of issue. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, nor transferable, and non-refundable.

 

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to travel such as natural disasters (ie, bush fires and flooding), sickness, strikes and accidents. We highly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation fees and lost deposits.

 

Your booking is at Ohana Surf Bungalows and your bungalow choice is subject to availability.

 

Group bookings- the guest making the booking is duly responsible for communicating policies to all other parties and responsible for paying the deposit and payment by credit card.

 

We allow 1 pet in our OAHU and MANU Bungalows for a fee of $20/night, but guests are required to supply their own dog bed. A small/medium dog is allowed inside at the front door. A larger dog must be restricted to the enclosed verandah. No animals allowed on lounges and beds. If the dog has been on the beds and lounges there will be an extra cleaning fee of $100.

 

Please note, we trust our guests and as such we do not ask for a bond. However as with all self-catered accommodation, guests must leave the bungalow in a tidy condition. It is at our discretion to pass on any additional cleaning charges if the bungalow is not left in a respectful condition.

 

Minimum stay of 2 nights and 3 nights for long weekends and NSW/QLD school holidays. Stays for 7 nights or more will receive a 10% discount.

 

We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms, with or without notice. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting.
